Lux Emporium Dispute Resolution
Lux Emporium Dispute Resolution is an online interface that helps buyers and sellers report and resolve disputes, such as not receiving an item and not paying for an item. The system is used as a last resort when Lux emporium members cannot resolve dispute with each other. The Resolution centre enables you to open a case that initiates Lux Emporium mediation between you and your buyer or seller. You can access the Resolution Centre through the Resolution Centre icon at the bottom of the website.
Dispute Resolution refers to one of several different processes used to resolve disputes between litigating parties. These categories include mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and collaborative law; conciliation and litigation are sometimes considered additional categories.
If a dispute arises between seller and buyer, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by going to the Lux Emporium Resolution Centre page. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.
Remember: sellers are normal people like you. Although the situation maybe frustrating, try to keep things amicable so you can work together to reach a solution.
Communicate: Reply promptly to messages from the seller or to request for information from Lux emporium, the more detail we have the more it is to help you.
