How to Create an Account
Users must be a Tritek member to register an account before they can post product/service or send messages on Lux Emporium website. Getting started is quick, easy, and free.
To register:
Click Login/Register at the top of the homepage.
Click the Register tab.
Enter your name, email, and the password you would like to use to sign into Lux Emporium
Click Register at the bottom of the form.
You’ll receive a welcome email to the address you entered in the form. To finalize your account, open the email and click Activate Your Account.
You should now be able to login to Lux Emporium and begin your journey.
How to login and logout
Once you’ve registered your account, you can login to get started.
Click Login/Register on the Lux Emporium homepage.
Enter the email and password you used to register.
Click Login.
when asked, follow the instructions in the reCAPTCHA test and hit Verify.
For help resetting your password click on password reset on the login page and follow the instruction, If you can’t login following the steps above and have already reset your password, check for browser issues.
How to Logout
Click on the user menu at the top of the page.
Click Logout.
You will be logged out of your account right away. This only works on the device you used to logout. If you also use another computer or mobile device, you will remain logged in there until you logout using that device.
Viewing A Seller’s Profile
Whether you’re a buyer, or wanting to view your own seller profile, you can do so by following the steps below:
Open the seller’s product/service ad
you’ll see the seller information section. From here you can see the most important parts of their profile.

Viewing A Buyer’s Profile
When a buyer sends you a message, you’ll be able to view their profile (if they have previous ratings). To see their profile:
Go into your Message section.
Select the message from the buyer whose profile you want to view.
Click on the buyer’s name at the top of their message.
If you don’t see any stars or can’t click on their name, they don’t have any ratings yet.
Viewing Other User’s Reviews
As long as a buyer or seller has reviews on their profile, you’ll see their average star rating at the top of their messages. Sellers will also have a View Profile button on their ads.
To see their reviews:
Click on their profile name at the top of their message or (if they’re the seller) click View Profile within the Contact section of their ad.
To add photos:
If you’re posting a new product or service, click on my emporium, open my listing and the click on create new listing. Click Add Image to choose photos from your file browser or click and drag images directly over top of the Add Image button.
If you’re editing an existing ad, tap Edit on the ad you’d like to update. Or click on delete to remove listing.
To delete photos:
From the post or edit ad screen, scroll to the Images section.
Click the delete button under each photo to remove it.
If you’re editing, save your changes by clicking Update My Ad at the bottom of the screen.
I’m having trouble signing into my account
You must sign into your account before you can add or view product and service with us or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn’t recognised, there are a few things worth checking:
Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
If you can’t remember your password, click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign in page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
There can be a number of issues that interfere with uploading images to the site. If you’re having trouble, try the following:
Check the size of your images. Each individual photo must be under 8 MB. If your photos are over 8 MB, reduce the size and try again.
Check the format of the images. Lux Emporium accepts JPEG and PNG. If your image is not one of these formats, you will need to convert it before uploading.
Make sure your web browser isn’t interfering.
Out of Order Photos
Photos should be uploaded in the order you want them to appear on your ad. If you’d like to change the order, you will need to edit your ad, remove the photos and reupload them in the new order
I’m Not Receiving Messages in the Messages Section
If the email was from a regular user and you still can’t see it in your Messages section, you are likely in the wrong account. Double check what the primary email is in your My Details section. If it’s not the email that received the message, logout and find the account that is linked to the email that received the email message.
Your Message Failed to Send
If you received an error when you tried to send a message, or if you’re sure that your reply wasn’t removed for the reasons described above, it may have run into a technical issue. Outdated browsers or issues with browser cookies can sometimes cause this. Try our troubleshooting steps in the Fixing Browser Issues article.
I Can’t Click Buttons or Enter Information
If you’re having trouble clicking on buttons or typing in information, check to see if there’s an error message. Most errors should tell you how to fix the issue.
If there is no error or you’re unable to fix the error, follow the steps below one at a time until the issue is fixed:
Clear your browser’s cookies and cache, then restart your browser
Disable any adblockers, then restart your browser
Try using another browser
Try another device
The steps above should fix this issue in almost all cases. If it doesn’t, please contact our customer support team.
